From the Russian taiga to the Australian coast, via the Congo Basin, we venture into the last strongholds of the wild to meet young orphans from endangered species and the people fighting to protect them.

Victims of poaching, climate disasters, or the destruction of their habitat, these vulnerable animals have found refuge in the care of specialists. In this second season, journalist Olivia Mokiejewski returns as our guide, taking us on a globe-spanning journey to follow exceptional men and women determined to rehabilitate these wild orphans.
