It is stipulated that, within the framework of providing their services, sub-contractors only have limited access to your data and have a contractual duty to use it in accordance with the terms of the applicable legislation on protection of personal data.
Besides the cases set out above, ZED undertakes to not sell, lease, transfer or provide access to your data to third-parties without your prior consent, unless obliged to do so for legitimate reasons (legal obligation, measures against fraud or abuse, exercising defense rights, etc.).
Some of ZED's internal tools use YouTube API Services to manage ZED's own YouTube channels and the content exploited by ZED (for example, uploading and managing our own videos and subtitles, and retrieving analytics and revenue reporting for our own channels). In doing so, ZED is bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms), and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) applies to data handled through those services.
The YouTube API Services are used exclusively to manage music /audiovisual content for which ZED holds the exploitation rights, either as a producer or a coproducer, or pursuant to distribution, licence, assignment agreement or any other legal act authorising ZED to exploit such content.
ZED accesses YouTube data only for its own owned channels and content ; we do not collect or process the personal YouTube data of third-party users through these tools. Access granted to ZED can be reviewed and revoked at any time via the Google security settings page (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions). Any Google user data obtained through YouTube API Services is used solely for the internal management of our channels, is not shared with third parties, and is deleted when no longer needed for that purpose.
In accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory framework, notably law n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 modified relating to computers, files and liberties, and European regulation n°2016/679/UE of 27 April 2016 (applicable since 25 May 2018), you have the following rights:
