THE (RE)BIRTH OF THE LOUVRE

The Louvre Museum has built its immensity on a history of metamorphoses. And even today, it must reinvent it self through a colossal project, “Louvre Renaissance,” which will begin in 2026 to welcome even more visitors in 2031.

How did the Louvre become the largest museum in the world? And how will it remain so thanks to its dizzying transformation?

With a highly refined visual approach, this project is both an exploration of what the Louvre is and will be, and a captivating detour through it s collections. With the help of international experts and key figures who keep the Louvre running, we will take a leap bet ween the present, the future of the Louvre, and its past heritage. Digital technologies in 2D and 3D, along with VFX on real images will accompany sequences shot in the heart of the museum.
