Synopsis

Summer 1943. A young 19-year-old man arrives in New York with just a few dollars in his pocket. His dream was to become the greatest actor in the world. Eleven years later, after appearing in the film A Streetcar Named Desire, The Wild One and On the Waterfront, he earned the title “king of actors”.

Brando excited our imagination and generated more clichés than any other star with his aura, powerful performances, extravagant beauty, rebel attitude, and a career path that had never been seen before in the history of cinema. But there was another person hidden behind the Hollywood image: a private, secret Brando. Away from the spotlights, his life was a dark novel, a never-ending road leading to increasing neurosis and self- destruction.
