Into the forest

Tired of men and fed up with his stressful daily life, Baptiste Dulaar wants to return to a simpler life. Together with a friend, he decided to cross the Urals on foot, in complete autonomy - without map, without GPS, without satellite phone and with only two kilos of rice. In this wild forest, he feels at peace. There is no need to hurry. He can learn to take his time again. Walking, eating, sleeping, discovering... Our protagonist enjoys this "back to basics".

By his side, we witness his return to simplicity, to silence, to self-awareness and to his newfound inner peace. Between a philosophical quest and a vital need for isolation, Baptiste Dulaar takes time for  introspection. An awakening journey that invites us to rethink our relationship with the earth and with the living, while questioning our place in society.
