Animals at Night

Evening comes, and while some are going to sleep, others are waking up, wandering, hunting, fighting, and going about their business... It is an entire animal world that awakes and begins feverish activity. All these workers of the night that are now so busy each have only a few hours to accomplish their vitally important tasks. But in that darkness, predators, dangers and traps are everywhere – above all for the youngest who have not yet learned the rules of the night.

How do they manage to do what they need to, in this darkness? What special powers do these animals of the night possess to surmount all the challenges?

Through the vicissitudes, discoveries and encounters of a young boar forgotten by its family, this film plunges us into the heart of nocturnal life in nature, tracking the adventures and behaviors of animals in the darkness that has hidden them from us until now. A previously unimagined bustling of activity, that the very latest technology is now, paradoxically, bringing into the light of day.
